Even with the delay on parts, the original time estimate remained. I was quite pleased with the results. My technician, La La, was understanding of my concerns and quite helpful throughout the process. I am grateful for the way I was able relax, knowing every detail would be handled. This place knows customer service!!! From the first phone call to picking up my car 2 days earlier than quoted I had a great experience. I received regular updates via email on my cars status. They did a great job, my car looks better than it did before the accident. I would highly reccomend Service King.

The process was smooth and streamlined with my insurance and car rental.The staff was pleasant, helpful and extremely efficient(Special thanks to Dathan Edwards). The repair work done was perfect and done much sooner than I expected. I will bring all my repair needs to Service King in the future and will recommend to all my friends and family.

My overall satisfaction was due to Jenkas patience with me. At first I was a little heated about the time it took for the repair I spoke with the manager and he help explained the situation and helped with my rent a car. As things turned out I was the one who had personal issues getting there because my dog went into heart failure. It all worked out the manager came out and greeted me with his nice handsome smile. I appreciated their honest concern about my dog who is stable. I would recommend service king to my patients and friends ????
