My service rep was great. Positive attitude and kept me informed throughout the process. I still have issues with my tailgate lock. It is being addressed but I have to wait another week. Maybe Service King should look at getting a key vendor that is more responsive.

Jaye and Peaches are the best. They made the process very easy and stress free. Jay even had the car finished a day before the promised date. He also gave me some touch up paint for the little nicks on the front bumper and hood from rocks that had been kicked up in traffic.

One concern I have. You do your job everyday but for me it has been over 30 years since I have had body work done and I can see over time things have changed. It would have been nice if the person taking my call had explained to me that the process is to drop the car off for the estimate and repair. Jayvn did a great job getting the estimate quickly and repair done. Thanks
