The front office of this establishment is very friendly but either their mechanics are utterly incompetent or major rip off artists. They charged me nearly 4 hours of mechanic labor ($80/hour) to earth my trailer! All with a straight face. It would have taken less than an hour for a relative amateur to do. They also charged me over a hundred dollars and a two week wait for the connector to the car - which I suspect they blew in the first place. Total rip off artists! I guess that's what happens when a woman walks into a mechanic shop. Get a quote before hand (especially if you are a woman) and don't be misled by the friendly staff. Buyer beware!
