The level of customer service that was exhibited during my visit was outstanding. I genuinely believe the staff was attentive to my concerns and sincerely wanted to ensure my understanding of the repair process of my vehicle. I appreciate Rafs efforts of sourcing other fiscal options for the damage that my vehicle sustained. I was given a peace of mind to know that for the duration in which my claim was filed and then later rectified, the process was facilitated by seasoned specialists who only want the best for its customers. I was very pleased I chose you to repair my car after being hit by another vehicle. Your feedback by text was very much appreciated and kept my stress level to a minimum. The quick efficient way of helping me deal with a rental car was outstanding. All of your personnel I came in contact with were very friendly and professional which gave me confidence my car would be well cared for. My CRV looks good as new! Mr.Jim was a real nice man and very friendly. I have never encounter with someone who is as nice as he was. The repair team did an amazing job. Thank you to everyone involved. I will definitely bring my car back if I need anything else done to it. And I will ask for Mr.Jim personally.

Three weeks to get a door replace and painted nothing but excuses was sent the wrong door 2 or 3 times **** had jury duty. Left truck sitting out side two days with window down and unlocked and on Saturday I had to put the window up and lock the truck the building was closed so it would have been out til Monday like that. After all this went to pick up my truck asked the Mgr to wave the 100. deductible he told he didn't have the authority to wave the 100. other words BAD SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE so I will pass on my experience to anyone I see.

Fix all my problems that yoy caused and pay for me being stuck in this rental car for longer then i need too because of this i have had to spend so far an additional $325 already.that i dont have

the people there were very courteous we were well informed they found a closer place to return rental car saved us a long trip to carrollton we got a email every day about the progress of our car we also gave this info to Geico insurance we are seniors and we really needed the help thank you Jery and myra Clark

The front driver's side door will not lock. The grommet on the door is also not fully installed. I'll return the car Monday morning.
