I'm still waiting for a call back concerning a dent in my hood, that was incurred because the new one is missing a part. I complained about it when I brought the car in a month ago, and then again when an electrician came out and had trouble opening & closing it. Seeing as this is a new hood that was installed by the Douglasville location, it should work correctly. I plan on coming by one day this week to see if someone will help me get this taken care of.

Upon picking up my vehicle this afternoon, I was advised that the radiator had been replaced. I checked the fluid to find the radiator was dry and the reservoir was almost empty. I advised one of the workers of this and said he would drive my Jeep around the building and add fluid. After jumping my Jeep off... yes, the battery was dead, the Jeep was driven off. After approx 10 minutes, the worker returned with my Jeep, advising the problem had been handled and he made sure the radiator was full. We then looked at the vehicle and I pointed out to him that there were still new scratches that had not been repaired. I noted a scratch on the hood appoximately ****.5 inches long, as well as scratches to both fenders next to the headlights. These scratches being almost identical in the same place on both sides of the vehicle. The worker stated I should call and advise GEICO. I then turned in my rental car keys and left. I drove approximately 7 miles home, parked my Jeep to let it cool. Once it cooled down and my brother-in-law came by, we looked at my Jeep. We noted the radiator to be empty of fluid, as well as the reservoir to be completely dry. All fluid had leaked out during this 7 mile drive home. We noted there to be NO antifreeze on the driveway, but found it to be on the engine cover, on hoses, on the air filter box, on the frame, as well as on other places under the hood. We also noted that the main air duct was not connected to the air filter box as it should have been. This makes my vehicle unsafe to drive, leaving me stranded, as my GEICO claims adjuster does not work nights. GEICO was contacted and advised of the situation, and stated that my adjuster would be contacting me within 24 to 48 hours and NOT to drive the vehicle... that it must be towed. This has left me stranded and therefore, I will miss a shift of work... 24 hours without pay. While all employees were polite and helpful when speaking with me, I am very dissatisfied with the work. This has proven to be extremely inconvenient for me, as I need to work and will lose pay because of this. Billie Jo Rouse

I couldn't be more impressed with Jennifer and her professionalism. It took a long 2 weeks for my car to be completed and she kept me updated every step of the way and returned every phone call if they were missed. I truly appreciate all that Classic Collision has done for me

everyone I dealt with here was super nice and helpful. I just got my car back two days ago, but everything seems to be in good working order. I was also pleasantly surprised that they vacuumed out my floorboards. it wasn't necessary but it was a nice gesture.

The job was completed faster than promised, at a cost less than estimated, AND had been washed/cleaned when I picked it up. What more can I say? I am so impressed with Jennifer and her crew.
