My experience there was pleasant from the time I dropped off my Ford C-Max until I picked it up. Everyone was so cheerful and helpful. I especially liked the pick up process - just dropped off the keys to the rental and signed one piece of paper and that was it. The vehicle was not only repaired, just like new, but was also clean inside. I hope I'm never in an accident again; but if I am, I'll definitely be back. I will also recommend your services to anyone I know that needs them.
