I appreciated the customer service provided from beginning to end especially since this was a difficult time for us. The regular text messages updating me regarding my car was priceless. I never had to make **** call to follow-up and I received my car as scheduled. I will highly recommend 1st Certified Collision to everyone. We also met Hugo who was very friendly and he speaks Spanish which is a plus. Thank you for doing such a great job!!!
