My car broke down less than an hour after I picked it up. But Alex sent a tow truck driver to pick my car up and set me up with a rental. I'm just upset that it broke down.

Only concern, you forgot to put my antenna back on. I'm an AM guy with great technology but am sure it was there when I dropped of the truck. Otherwise - all great, the person who maintained contact "Alex" did a superb job. Stephen S

The only thing that happened was that I was called saying my car was ready to be picked up at 4 pm. I arrived at 425 and my car was not ready. It was getting cleaned, which I did not mind. I waited for about 20 minutes and when they brought my car it was extremely dirty. It looked like they only hosed it down with just water and no soap. Wiped down. The roof of the car was not even touched and spots everywhere. I bright it to someones attention and they immediately saw it was filthy. They took it back to get it cleaned and now it was 515. Almost an hour later. All I am saying is if you call someone and they say its ready and the owner of the car says I am on my way, have it ready. I was late for my sons honors recognition for his high school.
