Inspite of my claim information being lost between progressive and first choice I am happy with the outcome. I loved the texts about the progress of my repairs, I could not reply to them because there were charges on my phone to do so. It was a very smoothe and effortless experience but that is why I chose First Choice Collision without even checking around. I have done work there before and they always do a great job. Other than having to be without my vehicle while it's getting repaired, which can't be helped, it's always easy and effortless on my part and the job has always been done right and always looks great.

Had to contact them. Had to call them. Had to ASK for my car back because the mechanic said he was waiting on insurance money while I was paying the insurance on a rental car this whole time. No sense of urgency, no professionalism, no personality, and it seemed like a rip off scam to hold my car against me. Mike the mechanic along with the front desk girl should never work in customer service. Will not be back and will not recommend to ANYONE.
