Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, helpful and professional. Paperwork was always ready and correct. I especially appreciated the loaner car. It was a tough week for me after the accident and everything else going on in my life. Your daily texts apprising me of the status kept me from wondering how things were going. My loaner car had no interior lights and the trunk fell down on me a couple of times and one time I did not catch it and it bruised my arm (still there after a week). I feel the car was not in acceptable working condition to be given as a loaner car. The actually quality of the work done to my own car is fine.
