No need to call. The scheduling of the repairs and the length of the repair kept changing so that my car was in the shop longer than promise at first. Update calls were promised but never made, and all I got was annoying text messages. I think this is poor business practice.

My family and I love Johnny and the team! You guys are the best. You made my first car accident a little better. Thank you for taking such good care of my Mazda. I love my car. I take care of it so it can take care of me. They understand that. Roman was wonderful. They were all very nice and I felt comfortable and at ease talking to any of them.I received cute little messages regarding their progress, which was very appreciated. They really went above and beyond the call of duty. With all this said and knowing the business they are in, I do have to say that hopefully I will never have to do business with them again!
