It just took a long time to finally get the car done. The date kept getting pushed back. I understand that it was no ones fault things just weren't working out but it kept me from being 100% happy. I would expect my car and then I wouldn't get it. The repair looks great though.

Took them 3 days before they even looked at the pickup....and now that we have it back....we noticed the paint ran by the tail light assembly. Want it fixed but cant be without vehicle for another week or two

Staff is so nice! Car took awhile to get done but that's because parts take forever. They called and gave updates and texts throughout the week which was also nice!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the repeated extension of the work. I understand you guys were busy but that didn't really change the negative impact of the extensions. On the other hand, the work appears superb and the customer service skills of your employees really is unparalleled.

It took too long for the repair. I brought the car in on March 14 and finally got it finished on April 4. I was extremely pleased with the help I received from Erick Reed. He was very good to keep me informed of problems.
