The complete experience was A-one. From the Receptionist/Cashier to the Estimator, I was shown courtesy, concern, and competence. Communication during the repair was excellent. I only interfaced with two individuals during the complete process, Mark and M___ (sorry, I'm experiencing a Senior Moment). They made a favorable impression on me, and guaranteed my return when/if the occasion should arrive again. I guess I should add that the repair was highly satisfactory...but that's what I expected from Coulter. Well done, everybody! Loren K

The person that went over the repairs seemed to simplify what was actually done to the vehicle by only describing cosmetic repairs. I would have liked to hear about what parts of the exhaust system were replaced and overall more detail. I would have asked but the guy that went through everything talked at such a low volume, I figured I wouldn't hear him anyway. I believe his name was Riley. Other than that, I feel good about the service so far and appreciate the customer service throughout all other aspects of interaction and service. As for the car, I've heard a few bumps and odd noises but I'm giving my car some more drive time to see what happens. Overall, good service and experience.

I was just disappointed my vehicle was not taken over to the service department as requested. As it turns out, the tire in question was low (warning came on). Since the techs don't start until 8am, I stopped at Discount Tire and was told there is a nail in the tire. I have had this problem for about a year and noone ever noticed nail when adding nitrogen. Now I need to make another trip to the dealership to have this taken care of.

It was done well and professionally, but I was disappointed that I had to sign a a paper that said you were not responsible for anything that happen to my car while it was in you had it.
