Second experience comes no where near first experience with D&V. First experience was professional and flawless. It led me to demand my insurance company honor D&V's estimate. Now, after this last experience, I am unlikely to return to or recommend D&V.

I like the sign in where you can specify how and when you'd like updates on the progress of the vehicle. The texting is a nice option and gives great details on the status. You guys have always done a fantastic job on our vehicles whether its a repair or install. I appreciate your professionalism and will continue to recommend you to anyone who needs your services. The trim on the liftgate doesn't line up with the trim on both sides of the rear quarter panels. Bodywork is very good.

I have had several different body shops in the area perform repairs on several different cars I have owned over the years and I have never been happy with the final product after the repairs. It seems that the attitude ofost body shops is that the car is being repaired and is good enough since the car is not new anymore. That is not the attitude at D&V Autobody. Their attention to detail and high quality workmanship is something I have never seen before. After the repairs to my vehicle, the car looks the same as if it was performed at the factory. It looks brand new again. Excellent work and I will truly recommend your services to others. Thanks.
