Thanks for the work on the Explorer. The repairs to the fender, bumper and hatch look just like when the car was brand new. The paint work matched the original color, the work was great. Thanks so much!

The repair on my vehicle was very good except for some powdery white residue that was left on the driver side door and passenger side door trim that I ended-up cleaning once I got the car home and checked the repairs more thoroughly. The estimator Mike even called me to say that they would clean-up the parts surrounding the repair before I came and pick but was not done. Also, there were a few scratches on the front passenger door sill area that was not there before I brought the car in for the repair work. Thank you.

Great experience from start to finish. Only thing I noticed was the rubber grommet that covers the wires to the door was reinstalled incorrectly. Causing the door edge to rub against it when fully open. Other than that overall impeccable workmanship.

The D&V experience is second to none, not because I've known them for many years now but because they treat you like family. From beginning to end, or in our line if work its commonly called "Cradle to Gave" commitment to excellence throughout can only come from people that care about their business, their customers and the quality of service that D&V provides. Truly the best body shop in Northern Virginia as far as I'm concerned and I'm sure my thoughts are accompanied by many others that have had the pleasure of having their car repaired at D&V Autobody.
