This business did not want to repair my van. I was greeted in a reasonable time, and a lady got the information needed off the van. After some time with a man in the back, they informed me they could not do the work. The work needed was a fiberglass skirt that needed to be replaced at the bottom of the mini van as part of a conversion for handicapped use. All info needed was on a sticker on the damaged skirt, I checked before going in. It was apparently to much for them to do. So I took it to S&S in Hilmar and they simply got the info off the skirt, ordered it and installed the paint matched skirts and I was happy. I could not believe they turned away business because they didn't want to make a phone call or two to get the parts. I finally wrote this after hearing radio commercials about how good they are. I gave a ****-star because the lady was friendly and did her job. The guy in the back who refused to do the work, a big fat 0.
