I appreciated the text and phone call alerts from the staff on a regular basis. When Murrays found more damage to my car than the original estimate, they called right away to notify me that my car would take longer to repair than expected.

Panel gaps look very even. The person that fix the car did it extremely well. It's not something easy to do. People at front desk are very nice and helpful. It's a nice change to have some support after dealing with insurance people.

The customer service is superb! They took care of everything between the insurance agency as well as the rental. I basically did nothing other than drop the vehicle off and picked it back up. Hands down will be the only place I bring my car for any Autobody work and will be telling anyone who needs Autobody work that this is the spot, thank you!!!
