3-D provided a most friendly and professional experience, appreciated all the more when one is distressed because of a disabled vehicle. The office was very neat and appeared organized, the coffee, treats and newspaper were welcome. And best of all, the timing was right on and the work was well done. Thank you.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Repair performed on my car is perfect. They even washed and polished it. Only area of improvement is providing updates. I called multiple times to get update and status. Other than that all good. 9 out of 10
