3D Collision Centers - West Chester

One of the best customer support experiences I've ever had!

We are always pleased with work at 3 D in West Chester. We have used them for 18 years. We get a fair price and work is always great. We picked up one car today and brought in a second car for light cosmetic work and I'm sure we will be satisfied with that result as well.

Everyone at 3D was very polite & efficient. I was updated frequently on the status of my repairs & felt my car was in excellent hands. 3D also took the time to throughally wash my car, which has made it look almost brandnew!

Awesome service, everything was well communicated, and the text message updates were very helpful! Technicians did a great job, the car looks great. It was especially nice to be able to leave my rental car at the body shop so I didn't have to work out arranging a ride. I'm not sure if that was a service you provide, or the rental company, but from a customer perspective it was very much appreciated. If there were one thing I could say that would help you improve, it would be to put a little more attention into the detailing. If I were asked to rate my experience with you guys on a scale from **** to 10, I'd give it a 9. It's not a big deal, because I choose a body shop for the quality of the work, not the detailing job. Honestly, it's just kind of icing on the cake to get back a nice clean car when all you were expecting was the body work to be completed. I have been to other body shops in the past, and my car comes back spotless. It's a really nice extra to come back to after being in a situation that causes me to have to get my car repaired. If you had spent just maybe 10 more minutes wiping down surfaces and vacuuming, I would say you would get a 10 out of 10.

Aside from not being told that the door lining did not match and me having to point it out, I loved 3D. I thought everyone was super nice, although I met no one face to face, and loved the little update text messages. And I only have had the car back for a few hours, but I think the car looks great. I would HIGHLY recommend 3D to anyone. Thank you!
