Broadside Collision

My car was painted by Statewide Collision which has now a new business name, Broadside Collision. The paint sealer and paint are peeling off on work the old business completed. I went back and was told that Broadside Collision will not honor any warranty-repair issues which were the result of Statewide Collision because they are a new business. What I noticed is that the employees who completed the work on my car are still there. So, the name has changed. It makes one think whether or not they went to the new business to avoid any warranty claims. Maybe not, but sure smells to me. If you are having warranty problems with work Statewide Collision did, don't bother going to Broadside Collision. And if you have new collision work to be done, I would advise going somewhere else.
