Everyone was very nice and professional, but my front tires were rubbing from hitting a pothole when I brought it in and after an alignment they are still rubbing. Then I’m told that it’s because of the aftermarket rims that I put on over a year ago. It’s not fixed, so now what am I supposed to do?

The entire teams exhibited respect and courteous to customer more especially Bill Dolliver was extremely polite, constantly updating me with status of the job in progress and ensured that it was completed and delivered before the scheduled time which is commendable on his part. Device King admitted to over wheeling the paint on the passenger door, they said they will make it right; after driving the vehicle home and on a few short airands there is something not right with the brakes, Service King is not aware of this yet, but I hope they will correct them. Other than these issues I feel Service King has done a good job.

This is the second time I’ve used Service King. The first time was flawless. This time, I didn’t receive any email or text updates regarding the progress Of the repair. I did hear from the service advisor by phone. All the repair update emails were received earlier this week. All on the same day. Perhaps some glitch? Not a big deal. Overall service was great.
