Lack of communication. There were many times I had to call or send an email to get a status update on the vehicle. Little information or explainantion was provided when completion dates were pushed back. The vehicle took over a 100 days to complete and is still not 100% done. When I picked up the vehicle was when I got a lot of information about the reasons for the delays, it would have been nice to have those details provided at the time, instead of just getting a text with a delay in timing and short email with we are waiting on part. More information up front would have made getting delays less frustrating.
