I really appreciated all the updates and contact on the progress. I also hit my car back several days earlier than expected!

Car bra not recd by abra yet, so obviously not installed.Also you had my lisc plate from the accident, but didnt install it, even Though I asked them too.

Your team went above and beyond. They even cleaned up my other headlight so it looked new just like the one that was replaced and touched up a door ding that had some paint rubbed off. Also a well cleaned and vacuumed car. Excellent job all around.

You guys were great! Loved that you guys kept in constant communication. I will definitely keep you in mind for future repairs! P.s Thank you for cleaning/detailing my car inside and out. That definitely added to the experience!

I was unhappy that after they had assessed my damage, and knew what they were going to do, they did not order needed parts until the car actually came in. So part of the time my car sat there waiting for parts. Then the part that came in was damaged and didn't work so another part had to be ordered. All that resulted in my car being in the shop 10 days (including a week-end - for which I had to pay for a rental car) instead of the 4-5 days I was told in the beginning. Also they did not fix it completely when I picked it up. I drove it home, discovered my charge door (electric car) would not open. Why would I think to check that at the shop? It was next to the problem area but had not been affected by the accident. They had forgotten to put some clip in which was why it was not functioning. I will say they did an excellent job - the car looks great, and I appreciate their QC.

Abra auto body did wonders to my car inside and out treating it like it was there car. Jackie was there through the whole thing,step by step keeping me updated and reassuring of everything. If I had any questions or concerns she was right there. I know it takes a team to get the job done and the Auto Body team did an outstanding job. thank you guys If I ever need auto body repair again . . . You know where I'm coming

My car came back with a scratch from the repair (that was not to be repaired) and the area that was repaired has a scratch as well.

It looks great. It just took a long time. The time it took is the only problem. I will us Abra again though. The people are nice and I was well updated.
