I had an estimate from your shop to submit it to AAA and they have the estimate now. As the car was hit by 2nd party I was waiting for the decision. AAA finally agreed to allow me to fix my car using my insurance so, my daughter dropped the car with the claim number. It was definitely supposed to be paid by AAA. I really don't get it you guys charged to my daughter with more higher price. I need to know your response before I contact AAA with this. Please be advised thst AAA referred your shop for me. And I have some quality issue. ****. You missed the touch up on left front locket panel as promised. 2. It has a paint defect on left rear bumper corner. Please advise me. ***-***-**** / Joseph Park

Over all I am very satisfied and the car looks great. It is too bad you can not find a way to order the parts before we leave the car to be repaired. It might lessen our car rental expense. But I understand the issues.

I loved how fast it took for you guys to repair my car. The daily text update on the repair progress was also a plus. The front desk girls also kept me entertained and were attentive to my needs.
