Professional, courteous, timely and great all around.

The repair was okay. My car has RV tow hook ups and on my car and on my previous bumper there were nice and small perfect square holes to accommodate it and you replaced my bumper and cut large jagged round holes in my bumper. I don't appreciate the way my brand new bumper was carelessly butchered. The inside of my car was detailed and I appreciate that but the floor mats were not placed back correctly and were all over the place and my seats were still down and I feel like they took my car apart and didn't bother to put it back together. The people here are very sweet and helpful but the overall details were not up to the standard they should be.

I was satisfied with the quality of work performed and all the updates throughout the process but that was it. After, you receive a call from any shop in regards to damages to your vehicle while at the shop not caused by you and they have to keep your vehicle for a week longer is a huge inconvenience. I understand accidents happen but my vehicle was brand new with less then 4,000 miles on it and it was already bad enough that I wrecked it. The only compensation we were offered was the repairs done for free(which of course they should be) and a rental car(if wasn't for the hail storm back up we wouldn't have needed one) which does not justify the time and inconvenience of not having my truck while I work in construction. The work was done in a professional manner and does look good but I would not recommend Abra auto body & glass to anyone after what happened to me and my vehicle while at your shop.

I am satisfied with the repairs and the repair process. I was not completely satisfied with the communication during the process. Email updates were sent to other than the address I specified. Additionally, I learned the repairs were completed when the rental car company called to say that I needed to return the car.
