I can tell you satisfied. But completely satisfied I am not. The only negative comments I have regards having to stop by with my wife in another car to pick it up because it was said to be finished turns out the bumper appliqu was not installed it was sitting in the backseat. Then I returned after it was replaced. And it was not identical to the one that was removed not to your fault but I should have been at least a notified. However the representative was very courteous understandable and offered to purchase if I could find one on the Internet. I did and will be reimbursed to purchase the Optima appliqu and have it installed by Abra. And finally you guys delivered my car to my house at the end of the day where everybody was wishing they were home due to storm that was starting. That was incredible. I would venture to say I am not reluctant to return if ever I require auto repair. Thank you all for the courteous experience.
