Let me start by saying that Brian is a great asset to your team and, once he became involved, I was very satisfied with the process. I want to also commend you on how my car aesthetically looks and your willingness to allow several outside parties to evaluate the mechanical soundness. Unfortunately, I believe it took entirely too long for the repairs. Over two months is not acceptable, particularly since it was four weeks and four days before disassembly occurred. My assigned case manager also severely errored in sending me photos of my vehicle in process which were not confidence builders nor appropriate. I was very happy with Brian. I just wish he was involved sooner in the process.
