Abra was wonderful! Everyone was super nice, the repairs were completely professionally and the car was returned to me nice and clean! I was pleasantly surprised. The rental car situation worked out very nicely, too. The only complaint I have is that it took very long to get an appointment, but my repairs were not extensive and I could wait.
