The bottom right area of bumper had very obviously badly painted runs in top coat. This should have been seen in quality control. Now we need to bring the car back in. So we need to rent a car again. You're a top notch shop. Im very surprised. Not happy at all. I need to bring truck in under claim also. I hope that goes well now too. Please contact us

I appreciated going that additional step in fulfilling a few extra requests. That became the deciding factor over choosing someone else. I also liked the calls and e-mails which made the process both professional and personal. Excellent work and I now know where I will return in the future.

Top notch all around! Ruben Pulido my service advisor made sure the car appeared and drove just like the day it rolled out of the factory.......and with this particular car, not an easy task. The entire staff works well with one another including Suzanne who is most gracious and accommodating. No better auto body shop in Santa Cruz.......highly recommended.
