Kraft auto body has a very patient kind receptionist and an amazing estimator Rubin who really could not be any better. He is so compitent friendly and makes you feel important and someone who matters.

Overall excellent service. A place for improvement - in communicating status to the customer. It was I who had to call late in the day to find out if my car was going to be competed that day. This made it very hard to plan logistics. I never got a call from your team, and your "status" emails always came too late. Also, job took 3 working days longer than estimated - some for good reason, some not so much. Regards, Neville ****-****-xxxx

Only complaint is that estimate was 2-3 days but it actually took 7 days and I had to pay for a rental car out of pocket during that time. Otherwise experience was great!

I found the reception to be extraordinary from the estimate appointment (helpful temporary sideview mirror fix) to pick-up of my car. Rueben is such an expert that he instilled complete trust and competency. He made us feel our situation was important and communicated the progress of our car every step of the way. That being said, most importantly the repair work was exceptional!

Phone system was down on day of pickup. Could not confirm that our truck would be ready. We felt sorry for the front person trying to deal with everything without being able to take phone calls.
