The entire experience was professional - well done. The waiting room was pleasant, I was acknowledged when I entered the shop. They looked at the car and gave me a quotation which I sent to the Insurance company. When I arrived for my appointment, the rental car was there and the car was fixed a day earlier. And the car looks beautiful - just like new. The best part was all of the people were very friendly and helpful. Well also really great was how wonderful the car looks again. thanks

My only complaint is that the hood when closed no longer is flush with either front fender. It was flush to start with. It may be a bit picky but when I showed greg(?)he took it to "make adjustment" it came back about the same. Should I expect the hood not to be flush again because it was replaced. My concern is that it will somehow create a problem in the future. I just need to know. Otherwise I was very impressed w/the service I received. Thanks again.

awesome.....i applaud you for old fashioned service....i said on my way home.....to receive my truck swiftly as requested.....and washed took me back to a time i knew once.....and it was so odd today....i had to comment to people about it....you have my business and i will send others to you as well
