This is the second time we have had repair work done by Kraft's and our current experience was disappointing. Communications from Kraft's were confusing and contradictory. I was given four different delivery dates through various texts and phone messages. While an insurer covered all expenses, I think the final charge at 5600 was three times the original estimate, and about a third of the trade in value of the vehicle. Finally, I had to bring the vehicle back Friday the 26th due to brake system noise. While only time will tell, at this point I'm not sure I could recommend Kraft's in the future.

First of all, when I called, it was about 9 AM, and the outgoing message still said that nobody was in and to leave a message, even though it also said that the shop opened at 7 AM. Then when I brought my car in, the receptionist was on vacation, and somebody else checked me in. He called me Mrs. Holt, which is incredibly offensive to me, as I am not married nor ever will be, nor am I heterosexual. And I actually prefer to be called by my first name or correct title: doctor. So I did inform him of that, but please, come on, this is the 21st-century! Mrs.???

The repair was supposed to be done from Wednesday to Friday. I called Thursday late afternoon because I hadn't heard yet. Then I was told it would be done Monday, so I had to rent a car. Then I called Monday because I hadn't heard, and then I was told Tuesday. I called Tuesday, and was told 5:30 PM. I came by and had to wait another 15 minutes.
Upon picking it up I noticed some overspray that needed to be scraped off the back window, and when I drove home I noticed that the headliner and internal area around the sunroof had dirt and grease and hand prints on it that need to be cleaned.
Overall I didn't feel like I was a priority. They would rather focus on servicing my insurance company and trying to get me to rent a car from Enterprise because they have a relationship there.

The shop did a perfect job from setting up my appointment (Hi Susan!), to the emails and calls from Tom and Sean about the progress of the work, to the spot on color match and hand painting of my pinstripe. The above and beyond attention to my airbag light shines forth on the excellence of Kraft's customer service. I love The Baby MINI, and Kraft took excellent care of it. I have been a customer for 2 cars in 15 years now, and I recommend Kraft to anyone who needs body work.

I was thoroughly pleased with my experience at Kraft's Body Shop. Rubin was particularly excellent from the moment I stepped foot in the shop. He gave me a fully detailed estimate that included options for different levels of repair. He even insisted I take some touch up paint to cover a few scratches that were beginning to show signs of rust. That's some pride in ones work!
One very slight negative---it was very difficult to get my car scheduled for repair b/c of how busy the shop is. I ended up calling 3 times before actually getting my repair scheduled for 3 weeks later. Not a huge deal but something to look at if you want to take your level of service up even one more notch.
Overall, an awesome experience and the repair job was outstanding.

i asked for the drive side rear valance to be repaired and it was but not the passenger edge is off by quite a bit.can we discuss this since most of the damage was on the drive side i did not do a walk around.thanks
