The work you did was great and within a very reasonable amount of time. I did notice that when I was in the office, the front desk people seemed tense and stressed which made it a little harder to communicate with you all. This did not diminish the workmanship though. Thanks so much!

Krafts did an excellent job on my Truck repair - every setail nicely taken care of. Also, beyond their normal call of duty, I asked for and received a minor job on my 5th wheel bumper. Sal (in the job did a wonderful 2 hr repair on the 5th wheel. I was very grateful for that. I highly recommend to everyone... if you need auto/truck repair, go to Krafts for the best. Al

Everyone at Kraft's was friendly and professional. I appreciated the text communications and the positive response to my request my car be ready a few hours earlier. The Enterprise rental car being available there was fantastic. But best of all my car was clean inside, my clock was set to the right time, a dent in my bumper not associated with repair was now gently popped out as well as other small details I noticed. Not great communication about the date my car would be ready, i had to keep calling and it took over a week longer than estimated. Also my left window motor isnt working properly after getting it home from the bumper repair
