Worst experience I have ever had, plain and simple!!! Charged my family $562 for a ten mile tow and work that was never authorized @ any point in time! They took advantage of us b/c we didn't know any better! The moment we decided to seek out a 2nd opinion, they started negotiating more aggressively for our business. When we refused, they decided to jack up the bill w/ 5 hours worth of "admin fees" @ $55/hr. $55/hr for phone calls made to receptionists, absolutely ridiculous! Beware, if you show up w/ a German logo on your hood, it gives them license to rip you off!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid these hillbillies like the plague (yeah, its me)!!! I will make it my mission to steer as much business away from these clowns as possible.
