The staff was very friendly, courteous & welcoming. I was greet by name when I I walked in. Staff made me feel like a good friend. Car was ready when promised. I just loved the cute daily e-mails on the status of my Jaguar. I showed everyone round me the text.

I dropped my truck off for repairs along with the preliminary check from Allstate. I explained that I needed my truck back quickly for a construction project. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept me updated on progress and when they found additional damage they delt directly with Allstate, and got it paid for. I am very happy with the speed and quality of their work. Carlos was great and made sure everything was taken care of. Monica was very kind and made arrangements for a loan car. The only problem was an oversight from State Farm adjuster who missed the hood damage. Perhaps Ford Auto body could have seen that and pointed out to them. Other than that I am very happy. FAB did everything as promised in the time I was told. Thanks I would definitely use you again if I need repairs done and will recommend you to anyone needing great work and great customer service. Thanks
