This is the best car repair experience I have ever had! Everyone I worked with (and those I encountered in passing) was friendly, efficient, and professional. Plus the work on my car was done really quickly and it looks great. I will definitely refer people to FAB. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience and a job well done. It gives me great peace of mind to know that I have a great place to go of I ever need future car repairs (but let's hope I don't...)

The Customer Service is top rate. JC and Monica are a pleasure to work with, very professional and always me me feel that I matter. The new text messaging to my cell to update me with the status of my car was impressive and very helpful. With this method I new exactly when my car was going to be ready so I had time to fill my rental car up with gas before returning it to Enterprise. The workmanship is wonderful and my car looked brand new when I picked it up.

Monica was a great help. We very much appreciated all the update phone calls. Her customer service was above and beyond. When we told her of an issue we were having with our insurance co she immediately made a phone call to get things cleared up. We are having issues communicating with our adjuster and in no way should this reflect all her efforts.
