I am a long term repeat customer. I was very mislead last time I had a repair. I was told the repair would fix the complete problem but was charged extra to have the job done right! I won't be back!

The color is well matched and the trunk was evenly done.. you can't see any sign of any kind of damage... So far I am satisified but will know better when I take for a spin to see how it drives...

I am very dissatisfied! Not only was I not informed during the process but I feel that I was misled and rushed out the door. My repeated request to make sure the dash was fixed, was brushed off. Not only is the hood still bent out of alignment but the dash vents do not work. I feel the repairs are incomplete. My car is NOT in the condition it was prior. The damage is more extensive than was listed. I will be bringing the car back for the remaining repairs. Thank you.

Danny takes good care of my car and he made sure I got the car in time for important appointments. PLUS my car looked like NEW when I picked it up. Sometimes a little car trouble pays off. :) Well, maybe not, but it makes you feel great to get fantastic service and a sparkling good-as-new car.

My repair was handled with promptness and efficiency, always keeping me advised, via e-mail, as to their progress and estimating completion. I had a special person with whom I dealt, and who provided all answers to my questions. They provided me with transportation to and from my home, since I did not use a rental car. I found their estimate to be reasonable and all encompassing. I will most certainly refer them to my friends and family.

Kathy is excellent in your estimates department. She & Kelly are very efficient & right to the point. It's really nice doing business with your professional front office staff. They are timely with their emails in keeping you up to date on my vehicle repair status. You may want to put paper mats on the floor mats & make sure the inside of the car is clean. That would be my only suggestion. Your staff is fantastic. They deserve recognition. Thank you.
