Repair estimate included a statement that was very important to me, "All parts will be OEM 'new'." I specifically wanted replacement parts--nor reconditioned parts -- regardless of what the insurance companies wanted to pay for. I'm dissappointed that the car I wax by hand and waited years to buy, has been compromised, in my eyes.

Danny provided outstanding service. He kept me up to date with my repair, answered all of my questions, and went out of his way to provide a protective cover for my bumper so it would be damaged in transit.

I had the best experience with Gustafson Brothers. The body shop rep, Kathy Alvarez was extremely professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to my needs to keep things in my budget. I was in for a hit and run accident, so it was already tough to deal with something that someone else should have paid for. Kathy cared about my situation and my car looks beautiful. Great service!
