We are used to friendly staff at Gustafson. This is our third time there for three unrelated services. At this most recent service, our main contact person was very impersonal. During two separate visits for our most recent service, other staff members stepped in when it was quite obvious our main contact was being less than helpful. The car turned out beautiful and earlier than expected so we are still very pleased but customers should not be treated so coldly.

WOW, I got my van repaired PLUS a car wash and tire dressing !!! Great customer service Gustafson Brothers !!! Really liked the fact that you could help me get the rental van also. Too bad that Hertz is a poor company to deal with !!!! Lesson learned. Blessings, John

Need more customer parking. Personnel were courteous and kept me Informed . Get rid of those no back chairs by the Table in the waiting room . Their a hazard. You have the place well organized. No wonder your always busy .

The car was completed and returned to us a day early, which was greatly appreciated. The additional damage once the parts were removed was also fixed and a supplemental report reported to the insurance company for additional payment of damages. Thank you for the thorough inspection and repair of my daughters vehicle.
