The office and "yard" made me feel like my car was in good hands. Also Kelly my contact was ALWAYS available to give me updates and explain the process. I don't think I got VM once. She also ensured my rental had cargo space similar to the Pilot. The Pilot looks great. Thank you fixing my wheeled "baby".

I liked being updated periodically so I knew there was activity and didn't need to call. I thought the work itself looked just like new - esp. since my car was purchased in June 2013. I also enjoyed getting it back early which was a great surprise.

I have been a client of the mechanical as well as the body shop for over 20 years. Since my van was in for body repairs and I was concerned about the breaks, I asked to have them checked. I was a little annoyed that I was asked to pay the inspection fee of about 46. Zaven K
