Service was a 10 if 10. The automated update text system needs some work. Someone needs to be sure the updates are accurate before the text is sent. I got a your car is 62% done and the car will still be ready on 2-20-10 text on 2-13-18, the same I got the call I got the call my car was ready! I get it’s an automated system but it’s useless unless the info being sent is reasonably accurate!

Excellent service prompt repairs. I have never been so satisfied with a repair service since I've been in Copperas Cove, (1975). I would recommend your service anytime. I strongly believe that if you want the best repair for your car Paceline is the shop to take your car to. I loved how I received an update on my car almost daily. I felt that they were just as concerned about my vehicle as I was. Their customer service and car repair quality is top notch! I will always recommend Paceline to anyone! I am impressed with how far you have taken this business from your beginnings at Lampasas Collision Center a long time ago!

Repair is not complete. I expressed one concern that the horn changed sounds after the accident. Paceline did not even address the defect, nor did they report it to the insurance company. Also there are several areas where the paint is chipped on the right front panel. These chips were not present before the accident. I would like for my vehicle to be repaired to the condition that it was prior to the accident.
