They were friendly & courteous even when we lost our tempers (regarding when we thought the car repairs would take longer than expected...But it didn't). Jeff went out of his way to be nice & helpful, even offering to pay for the rental. Car looks beautiful ???? Thank you Jeff & Paceline!

I am very angry with the performance I got my vehicle back with damage on ther rear bumper that was not there beforehand I will be making sure I never recommend this place to anyone. Other than the damage I did appreciate the timelines and updates but still very ticked

I made it clear several times that the car had a shake since the accident and you did nothing g more than drive it and determined it wasn't impact related, even after the insurance company called and requested. No one even bothered to ask before I signed all the paperwork and paid if I wanted to look at the repairs. The only good thing about the whole experience was the ladies in the front. The estimator even blew off my concerns by saying if there is no impact to the tire they insurance won't pay, which in fact is not true. Never even asked what happened
