Everyone was professional and courteous. Theyvwent out of their way to see that we were satisfied with their work. My only complaint was the disconnect between the computer generated updates and the "real-world" updates coming from the shop.

The automatic texts need to be fixed. The text I would get from the employee usually didn't match what the automatic texting system sent. The last example was pretty bad. I had gotten a text in the morning saying my vehicle was still projected for 28 Apr completion & then a text from an employee that afternoon saying the vehicle was ready for pick-up. I know it is automated, but if I had not been home sick in bed on Friday, I still would have not been able to pick my vehicle up that afternoon. With all of that said, there has to be a way to keep the automatic texting system more up-to-date
