I can't begin to explain how incredible my experience was. The staff at the Copperas Cove Paceline collision center delivered outstanding service, from customer interaction, to service, all the way to completion of repairs and the return of my vehicle. I would recommend to anyone that they bring their business there. Take care of those employees there, because they're incredible.
My vehicle came to them less than two weeks before a deployment. The accident was extremely inconvenient, and I wasn't sure that I could have it fixed before I left. The Copperas Cove Paceline staff proved me wrong, and got me my truck back well before my departure date, looking like the day it rolled off the factory floor. It's not fixed. They did a good job but made my truck a cop car ... My wife cannot open the door from inside because they did all that good work but forgot to hook up the inside door handle . Now I have to go through the whole process of rental truck and dropping my truck off and so on and so on . Kinda stupid if you ask me
