The service and professionalism shown at Paceline is second to none. I was extremely impressed. I was constantly updated on the status of my vehicle. If anything needed to be done in was notified, and once the repairs were completed, I was walked around my vehicle and given a detailed explanation of all the repairs that were done. I thank Paceline so much for their services. Also I want to thank Cory, at the Copperas Cove location. He is the epitome of a professional.

From start to finish, the service was superb. Great customer service from the entire staff. I was constantly informed on all updates of my vehicle as it transitioned from the different departments within the shop. I was satisfied with the work they did to my truck. They fixed my truck and made it look brand new again and the customer service was great, however, while my truck was in their possession they damaged my truck. They hit my truck and scraped up the side of it. That is the only complaint I have. I had to keep my rental and leave my truck an extra 5 days because they hit it.

Did a great job. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Most pleased by the speed at which repairs were completed. Originally estimated job would take 4 days. Dropped off Monday morning at 9:00am and picked up Tuesday at 3:00 pm. Thanks for everything.
