Great service especially appreciate the spotless condition of car when we picked it up! Only other comment would be to work out kinks in online notifications. We received 2 or 3 messages that the car was finished with pick up times but wasn't done when we arrived. No big deal we had the time to wait for final cleanup! Appreciate great service!

Thank you for the quick service on repairing my vehicle. One comment I have however; when I picked up my car; I was not instructed to not put my sign back on my car for 30 days until I returned to inquire where my sign was. If I had not returned, I would have put my sign back on my car and possibly damaged my car again.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the guy that did the estimate was fast fair and friendly, and my car looked great when I picked it up. I actually thought I got into the wrong car at first because it was cleaned fully! I didn't expect it to be cleaned and as a full time nurse and mom of twins, I can't say how much I appreciated that enough! Thanks for a great experience!

I appreciated the email updates on the progress of the repair. Those emails indicated that the repairs would be complete on ****/6/2015. My car was not actually delivered until ****/20/2015. Additionally, The vehicle's hood is not centered; the gap between the hood and the left fender is wider than the gap between the right fender and the hood. Other than that I am satisfied with the repair.

The lower grille was not painted as we had agreed upon. (I will return in May to ahve this done. The left fog light was not connected and I had to remove the trim and reinstall it. I have also noticed a few "grains" in the finish of the hood. I also think the bumper alignment is a bit off. My son has taken the car back to college with him and will not be home until mid-May.
