I was not able to pick up the car but my Mother-in-law was available. I appreciate the staff at the Fredericksburg location in repairing the car in a timely manner and providing periodic updates. Definitely recommend Service King.

My car has been repaired by Proffesional Collision / Service King numerous times in the past. This is the first time it had to be returned due to unsatisfactory work. I'm not sure if this had anything to do with the change in name or leadership. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. If the need arises for repairs in the future, rest assured , I will not return to Service King.

I went to pick up car with cash money and they would not take it. Had to drive twenty five miles to get check book. Never heard of not taking cash for services
