From beginning to end my experience was wonderful, as wonderful as dealing with a wrecked car can be. From the moment I walked in Brandon McKee was friendly and helpful. He patiently explained my options, worked with my budget and kept me posted every step of the way. I will recommend Service King to anyone who finds themselves in need of collision repair. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do, I will choose them again and again. You have a customer for life. Thank you Brandon, you are a true Service King.

Brandon was great with the processing and repair of my vehicle. He went above and beyond to see that I got my vehicle back before I had to leave for my vacation! For which, I might add, was a huge relief! He even found my cell phone and secured it until I was able to come back and retrieved it! Impressed with his care and concern for his customers!

Besides the fact that my car looks great my my experience with Service King, 2 times, has been a great one due to your employee Steven ****. He is so nice , so polite, patient and understanding and has wonderful customer service! You are fortunate to have him as an employee.like i said i've been there two times due to unfortunate accidents. My car isn't new but he treats me like it is. I just cant say enough nice things about him. He deserves a raise!
