I paid for the balance of the car at the end of closing day on monday. When i got in the car to druve away i noticed a restraint warnjng message in my cluster which was not there when i had dropped the vehicle off.
After going home i parked it in my garage and inspected the oqint job. On the drivers side fender i noticed SEVERAL paint chips and buff marks by the side marker light.
The front bumper had several buff marks aswell.
The drivers side door had ****-2 paint chips in it
When driving home i heard a very loud pop and then rattling noise. I immediately pulled over and tried to look where the noise was coming from. The passenger side undercarraige protection had not been tightened properly and ripped off! Again...it was NOT like that when i had dropped the vehicle off.
At the time this happened to me the shop had closed.

George Ott was extremely helpful and courteous. We had Cila Jet coating on the car and he found Porsche does it so our Toyota highlander got the coating after Fix Auto worked on it. George would also call us to give the status on the car. When we picked up the car, it was cleaned inside, too! Will definitely recommend. George, thank you so much. I was very impressed by the service they done to me , I have a Mercedes, usually I’ll take it to the body shop Dealership took it to , this time I got a accident I right away took it to have a estimated, it was almost 9k and I felt liked they tried to ripe me off ! Because my driver side got a little bit mess up wasn’t that serious but they wanted to change both door ! And my insurance company was Esurance and fix auto is one of their shop under Esurance and I take a tried , they did a great job , almost 2500 and looked brand new , I strongly suggest this place .
