I like msbs, however something is always off with the schedule. Sometimes it’s is even completed early, which is fine. The issue is it becomes an emergency for the customer who gets a call at 4:30 on Thursday to get the car picked up by 5:45 or else all of a sudden you are liable for the insuranse not paying your rental car. At 4:29, the last you heard was your car would be ready on a different day. I think it is wonderful the business gives Friday off to their employees, but it should not be my emergency to get the car picked up and paid for on a day different then promised. If you would get the call out Thursday morning or so, that would be great but on four separate occasions I always get my frantic call at 4:45 or so on Thursday plopping your scheduling issue on to me.
